Tray Type Cable Support Systems

Features:
1) Great loading capacity, good-looking shape, simple structure with heat dissipation holes on the bottom, convenient fine permeability. The heat dissipation holes could also be used for installation. It is in accordance with Channel type cable trays but lighter in weight.
2) Broadly applied in petrol industry, chemical industry, power and light industries, television and telecommunication.

Surface Finish:
1) Zinc-plating;
2) Hot-dip Galvanizing (HDG);

6) Zinc-nickel alloy electroplatings.

Material or Surface treatment Choose:
Depond on the environment in which the tray will be used. Not all finishes available for all tray types.
1) Aluminum: Copper-free and corrosion resistant. Lightweight. Used indoor or outdoors.
2) Steel - Hot Dip Galvanized after Fabrication: Primarily for outdoor applications, as it provides excellent weather protection.
3) Steel - Mill Galvanized: Indoor applications only.
4) Steel - Stainless: Inherently corrosion resistant, but expensive.
5) Fiberglass: For highly corrosive areas.
6) Other Finishes: Epoxy, primer, or standard paint.
