Features of shearer:
·With a welded steel structure and relieving the stress by vibration, the shearer has good rigidity and stability.
·3-point bear rolling guide are used to elimination the gap between bears to improve the quality of shearing.
·The blade gap can be adjusted rapid, accurate and convenient using hand wheel.
·Equipped with rectangular blade, all 4 cutting edges can be used. The blade will have long operating life.
·Shear angle is adjustable to reduce sheet metal twisting and deformation
·Introversion structure is used in upper blade rest for convenient materials loading and improvement of work-piece accuracy..
·The shearer machinery has piecewise shearing functions and light line-up functions.
·The back-gauge is mobile and with digital display.
·The shearer machine has back retainer device (another configuration can be chosen).
