This tile production line adopts hydraulic drive syetem. Yellow sand, cement and water(color) are stirred by mixer and then transmitted into feed hopper. They are shaped through cold forming. The production procejure is carried out as follows: cutting, removing chips, colo(u)ring, lustering and curing in curing chamber (lasting 10- 12 hours). Different wave form roof tiles can be produced after changing different extruding heads and moulds.
