MP5024 Switch Series, which accords with IEEE802.3 10base-T and IEEE802.3u 100base-TX standards, can be used both in the 10Mbps and in the100Mbps Ethernet. All the 24 ports of MP5024 can detect automatically the devices connected to it and can adjust the rate adaptively to match with the connected devices. With the MP5024 series, all 10base-T and 100base-TX devices can be integrated seamlessly in one network without changing the original networking architecture. Equipped with 24 RJ-45 switch ports, each has the capacity of auto-negotiation. This allows autosensing of speed (10/100Mbps) and auto-detecting mode (Full-duplex or Half-duplex).
The cascade ports are provided to connect to another switch by a twisted-pair cable, which facilitates the operation of network construction.
