The machine is designed for armature commutator insertion of micro motor, driven by pneumatic way, but special machine can adopt hydraulic pressure or servo electric cylinder to press system. Servo motor driven system and PLC logical control are performed on the machine, using vibration feeding tray for loading; Servo motor and fiber tracing auto location. The pneumatic manipulator grabs commutator and place it at workstation. The armature iron core is transported to workstation by auto conveyor line and commutator is pressed automatically by pneumatic device.
