Purpose
QJR series of mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe vacuum AC soft starter is innovative optical, mechanical, electrical product. It is suitable to the asynchronous motor of AC rated voltage 1140, 660V. It is widely used in coal mine well, open-pit mine, metallurgy mill, harbors and wharf, coal preparation plant to control the soft start, current limit start, energy-saving start and soft stop. It is the ideal replacement of traditional triangle start, reactor start, auto-transformer start.

Technical Features
The core of the soft starter adopts advanced all digital transmission controller of 16bits single chip microcomputer;

The default "S" curve can control the closed-loop of motor automatically;
With kinds of start modes of current limit start, slop voltage start, torque control start, torque impulse start;

With the protective functions of over load, short circuit, phase loss, current leakage interlock, , under voltage, over voltage, over heart and conveyor interlock;

With standard RS485 communication interface.
