Mixing ratio

Epoxy primer: specified curing agent: thinner 4:1:3 (according to the ambient temperature)

Serviceable life after mixture

3 hours at 20℃

Spraying tools

Geocentric spray gun: 1.2-1.5mm

4 bars suction spray gun: 1.4-1.6mm; 18-25 μm

Method of spray painting

1-2 layers: double-spraying; 3 layers: single-spraying each round dries for 5to 10 minutes.

Drying time:

Wait until baking:  3 hours/20℃

5 minutes           30 minutes/60℃

Grinding

Bonderize white iron automobile body surface. Otherwise grind the part to be sprayed with P80 adhesive paper and use P360-P400 after spraying or painting.

Applicable base materials

Original paints, stainless steel, wood, aluminum, white iron sheet, putty, galvanized steel and glass fiber reinforced plastic.

Inapplicable base materials

Thermoplastic acrylic acid paints; corroded paint base or acid treated metal alloy base materials, plastic work piece.

Precautions

1.      It is advisable to provide putty with good adhesive force.

2.      Perform drying grinding with P180, clean with deoiling agent and wait for 10 minutes before spraying white iron and aluminum surface.

3.      Chemical resistant.

4.      Applicable to electrostatic spraying or painting.

5.      If the paint film has been dried for more than 48 hours at 20℃ epoxy primer layer needs to be ground before spraying again.

6.      For painting, the mixing ratio is 4:1:2.

7.      Duly seal the can cover after taking partial product.
