As the core part of the precision flow meters, the diversion valve requires a low friction coefficient, small wear, high dimensional stability and mechanical strength as well as a long-time resistance to resolution and environment changes. This diversion valve has adopted modified PTFE as the wear-resistant layer and heat-curable bakelite as the base material, which are integrated with a unique compound forming technology. The manufactured products basically have a high rigidity and a mechanical strength, with small friction coefficient and high wear resistance on the surface layer. After treatment and processing for the dimensional stability, the planeness of the working surface can reach 3um, which greatly improves the measurement precision and the air-tightness.
