JY Insulating Oil Vacuum Oil Purifier Series

Use
JY is widely used to regenerate and purify the deteriorated transformer oil, circuit 

breaker oil, capacitor oil, low viscosity lubricating oil, in power generation plants, 

transformer stations, electric transmission and supplying company, factories, 

mines, railway transportation, etc.
It can be used as special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. 

Not only can it remove water, gas, and other impurities from the oil, but also it 

can remove oxide materials and remove free carbon in the deteriorated oil to 

lower the PH value, improve its breakdown voltage and quality. Also serving as 

the vacuum oiling equipment and drying equipment, this filter can live line work on the spot. 

Feature
1  High-efficiency degassing and dehydration system, it has adopted vacuum flash 

vaporization technology to remove water and gas in oil.
2  Precision filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in

 the oil.
3  Safe heating system with swirling tube, quick temperature increasing, stable 

and even temperature.
4  An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system, liquid-level controlling system , defoaming controlling system, pressure  protecting 

system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with 

high performance.
5  Obvious effect on degraded insulating oil treatment online with its lamps 

indicative of the conditions of operation, and it is designed flexibly with low noise, deep purification and free maintenance.
6  Chain safety protection system, an interlocking of oil drainage system, 

vacuum system and heating system, which avoids any possible negative impacts 

caused by incorrect manipulation. 

Optional mode:
1  The customers' request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent control. Touch 

screen and dynamical display.
2 On online water tester is available. 

3 Available in mobile option. immovable option and trailer.
4 Oil purifier can be made in hermetical, canopy-covering ， open and frame style.
5 Color of the oil purifier can follow customers'   favor.
