To make our billet CWs cover air flow better, we take the process " point mill" to machine them. In addition, our choosing material is " Aluminium Alloy #7075-T6", in which the character and number " T6" shows the level of heat treatment.

With our own 5-axis CNC technology, our engineers are able to take what they figure out to make billet CWs work more effeciently into practice. For an example, we make the hub dia. of our billet CWs thinner than that of original casted ones. With the modification, billet CWs would be lighter in weight and longer in blades' length! Therefore, they could generate higher effiency than genuine originals could do by increasing more mass of air flow .
