Our mill was built in 1986, covering an area of 450,000 square meters. We mainly manufacture more than 300 kinds of forging products in 13 series, such as alloy structural steel, alloy tool steel, carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel, bearing steel, roller steel, non-corrosive steel, refractory steel, spring steel and hardenability structural steel, Now, we can assure UT from dia.80mmto800mm, the UT criterion as GB/T, ASTM, ISO, SEP1921-3-C/C, JIS，EN10228-3 and other standard.

Our main production equipment are two 20T and 50T ultrahigh power electric furnaces,  30T and 60T LF fining furnace, 30T  and 60T VD fining furnace, four 1-10T electroslag furnaces, three 5MT electro-hydraulic hammers, one 8MN,one 16MN,one 20MT and one 45MN fast forging machines. Our testing equipment mainly includes large direct reading spectrographs fromSwitzerlandand flaw detectors.

Now we have obtained ISO9001:2000 certification and many Ship Classfication Society, such as CCS, KR, Lloyd, etc.

Our capability is 500,000 tons/year, 80% are exported to more than 20 countries and areas, such asKorea, south America, Europe,Australia,Japan, Middle-East Area, etc.
