CIP Features:
CIP piston ring use a rare metal, what is spends Dongya long-term test and screening. Under high vacuum condition and after electric arc ionized, it is together with nitrogen element to forming metal ceramic ion flow. And then at the function of high frequency with high energy electric field, it spread plating on the outside of piston ring.

-1 High hardness (above 1300HV), so it special have anti-dust and abrasive wear performance.
-2 Resist to high temperature melt, and densely cover special micro space on surface, which can stock lubricant oil. So it has good scratches resistance and anti-wear ability. It is better than general piston rings when be used under over loading condition.
