This series of dry ty PE iro n core series-conn ected reac tor us ED in low voltage reactive power compensating cabinet, series-connected with capacitor, when the low voltage system has large loads such as rectifier, conversion device and etc other appliances with harmonic waves, they will produce high harmonicwaves and do harm to other electric equipments. After the reactor series connected with capacitors, it can effectively absorb the harmonic waves, improve the voltage wave, and power factor, and eliminate the su rging and operating over-voltage, protect the capacitors.

Main Structure Features
1. The reactor has three-phase and single phase type, all of iron core dry type.
2. The iron core made of high quality low loss cold rolled oriented silicone steel sheet, core column consists of multiple gas gap, di vided evenly into many smallsections, gap isolated by use of epoxy resin layer pressed glass cloth, this can ensure the gap have no change during in service.
3. Coil made of H class or C class enamelled copper flat wire, laid closely and evenly, where it has perfect heat radiating performance; 4. After the core and coil are integrated together, the n pre-dry, imm erse into painting in vacuum chamber hea t dry for solidification, H class paint used forimmersion, this can solidly condense the coil and iron coil, which will reduce the noise level in service and has high heatproof class.
5. The fixing parts of core column adopted non-magnetic material, to ensure its high quality and low temperature rise.
