Our quality control system as bellow for your reference:

We set many inspection checkpoints to ensure product quality.

• when Raw material comes, there is a in-coming inspection, only the qualified material could be accepted and then released to manufacture dept. Workers must inspect the parts which machined by themselves, besides, each time they change the working shift, they will measure the dimension before start to do next step in case undetected errors, also operators need to help each other to do cross inspection to avoid problems.

• There was a first article inspection to ensure mass production will be made in right technique, moreover, we have IPQC team--- to work around to inspect the part at random.
• While all parts finished, they come to final quality inspection checkpoints, for some high precision parts, we will do 100% inspection, to check every parts and every dimensions.
• If parts passed the rigorously test, they are allowed to storage, waiting for shipping.
• If for some reasons, parts stored more than 30days, we will do a outgoing inspection before delivery, because we need to guarantee they are not defected by weather, packing and so on.

We will provide inspection reports with final dimensions for each components, with a bubble drawing together. Well packaged for protection it damaged during transaction.
