Select the good raw material ASTM B348 - Gr.5(Ti6Al4V) and very carefully control the forging temperature then foging to the shape. With CNC machine the final size.  Due to by forging so have better quality than by pure machininn and keep the good metal fiber flow. Also have good quality control.
