Technical performance:
1. THe material is conforming to GB/T1527-1997 standard and GB/T4423-1992 standard. It is passed the strict quality inespection and physical & chemical testing.
2. The jiont of copper tube is dolered automatically under protection by vacuum with fine surface and performance.
3. The surface is processed with non-chromium, oxidization. The performance of welding is fine.
4. The part is passed airproof test at or over 3MPa, and free of leak for 3 minutes. We could also take leak test by helium, and leak rate is less than 0.1 ounce per year(below 1.8X10-5 ATMCC/SEC).
5. The art material consists of copper and brass. The designation of copper is TP2. The designation of brass is HPb59-1. The material conforms to GB/T1527-1997 standard and GB/T4423-1992 standard.
