We take these polycrystalline diamonds as raw materials, such as COMPAX, SUMIDIA, SYNDIE, hence a uniform ultrafine particle formed by high temperature and pressure, can guarantee wire out-of-roundness and high surface finish with long drawing life. During long drawing, it is uneasy for abrasion of die and flat wire.

Recommended for small, medium and large wire product dies (outlet die), high-speed wire drawing dies, cover dies with high compression ratio, and dies with tight wire tolerance and high finish. It is easy to get smooth wires of stable size.
