These are basically machinedrive shafts used  in pumps &  various machines  .

these are made in variuous alloy steels like EN8 , EN19 SAE8620  also we supply stainless steel shafts .  . Raw material is brought from reputed mills , We keep complete tracebility of material at our end

Operation include turning , milling , drilling  & grinding .  some times few other operations like , serrations , coating , heat treatment are also done as per customer's requirements.

Along with geometric sizes of shafts we control surface finish requirements of the products . for this we use Mitutoyo Surface finish tester.

We machine shafts upto 1000 mm length in various materials . Diameters are controlled within +/-0.005 mm .
