MicroGrip Seals

For Severe-impact applications where waxed strpping is desirable, Signode has developed the exclusive Microgrip seal. A special high-friction grit coated inside the seal "bites" through the slippery surface of the strapping, giving 95~100% of strap strength with two seals on even the hardest-to-hold strapping.

Intersection Seals

Two of these seals, used in the manner shown here, keep crossover straps at right angles, prevent side shift. Available for 1/2" , 5/8" , 3/4" and 1 1/4" strapping. Serially-numbered Intersection seals available in 1/2" size only.

A convenient way to indentify your shipments, to display your trademark in full color on every package, and to discourage pilferage is to use Signature seals lithographed with your trademark in your company colors. Or, to speed handling, you can use these special purpose seals to code your products by size, by type, by unit, or in any fashion for your specific needs. 16.1986) Company named Dong Hyup was established at the address of Yag Dae-Dong, Bucheon-Si, KyungGi-Do.

1986~1992) Engaged in the business of packing for steel plate, and coils fabricating steel strips, strapping seals, and protection steel plate ring including wooden skid and pallets.

1992) Moved to Juan Industrial Complex located in Incheon. Changed the name of company to Daedong Industries Co., Ltd.

1992~1997) In addition to the existing products, commenced production of steel strips with the materials of SK 3~5, SCM, SCP 1, 2, 3 AND BP to be supplied to the manufacturers of various parts.

OCT, 1996) Sold 6,445m2 of factory site located at NamDong Industrial Complex together with factory building under construction with steel structure to pay off loan from bank.

Jun. 1997) Sold steel cold rolling facilities including 2 unit of steel rolling machines, annealing furnace, 3 units of slitting machines to KOMERON Co., Ltd. on P&A basis. Whole employees engaged in this production lines were taken over to them together with the facilities. KOMERON has been operating their business separately at the part of our factory as an associated party cooperating in business with each other.
