1, We are a real factory located in Shanghai.  All the moulds are directly made in our workshop. 

2, We mostly make moulds according to customer's parts drawings or prototype.

3, We mostly make moulds for overseas customers in the following ways:

step 1, We make quote for the stamping die according to your product's drawing or prototype

step2,  Customer arrange the mould cost payment if our quote is ok and all the details are   

/confirm/ied.

Step3,  We will make the mould structure drawings for your /confirm/iation.

Step4,  We will arrange the mould making after customer's /confirm/iation.

Step5,  After the mould is finished making, we will use the mould to do product samples for your /confirm/iation.

Step 6,  If customers confirm that samples are ok, then will arrange the shippment of the die.  If the samples are not ok, we will change the stamping die according to customer's requirements.

Step 7, after all the things are confirmed ,we will pack the moulds in wooden cartons and then deliver it to customers.
