The P series speed reducers, have wide power and revolution. It is connected  by engaging the propelling equipment to drive shaft directly and is useful for easy assembling.Roller bearings of this reducers are processed on CNC machines in accordance with the optimum tolerances and long-life bearings. 

The  gears  of P series reducers are made from 21NiCrMo2 ( 8620 SAE ) forging  material,  the shafts are made  from 1040 - 1050 ( SAE ) material and after forging process, isothermal annealing process is applied. Hardness depth has been adjusted according to moduls at the sementation process and 58-60 HRC hardness are obtained. Shaving process and profile grinding process are applied to all products. 

Optional Properties : Viton Oil Seal, Backstop device, Torque Tension Arm, Reinforced bearing, double stage or single stage reduction, Backstop device in accordance with request CW or CCW direction, schrink disc connection, 

Transmission options  : Belt-pulley transmission, chain-sprocket  transmission, gear transmission,

 Advantages : Easy assembling, quite operation, hardened gears and case, excellent efficiency,

Using by Belt-pulleys drive 10 to 400 rpm output can be obtained.
