b. We use CAD, UG, PRO/E, Solid works, Catia to make drawing.

e. Send samples to customers for inspection.

Process

1. Provide the complete quote to customer according to their sufficient information, drawing or sample.

2. Both customer and we get agreement on prices and terms. Customer places order to us.

3. Customer T/T 30% deposit to us for mold design.

4. Mold drawing to customer for /confirm/iation.

5. Make mold after design /confirm/iation

6. Send trial sample to customer for inspection or customer comes to our factory to inspect mould in person. Customer T/T another 30% to us.

7. Customer T/T the balance to us after mould /confirm/ied.

8. Deliver mould after get balance of the payment.

Packaging & Delivery Packaging Detail:

1. Coat antirust oil on the mold, and wrap with PP bag

2. Pack the mold in custom-made wooden case, including spare parts

3. Carton Board for finished plastic parts or special packing as per customer's requirement

4. We will deliver the mold through our shipping company. Or you can assign yours.
