  DiviloTM is the general term applied to new standards developed to further increase the functionality of our historically highly-regarded JHW OGHEX split molds, and research into failure modes occurring in traditional split-type nibs has allowed us to succeed in greatly delaying initial damage. Compared to traditional OGHEX,DiviloTM molds last longer thanks to heightened functionality through their use in special processes due to higher precision and unique technology.

  Our materials are provided  by trusted cemented carbide  manufactures and special steel  producers in Japan, and we  select the most effective  material for split molds before  heat treating.

Precision is the most  important element in a split  mold. Because each JHW  split mold is precisely built  to the micron level, precision  problems are almost  non-existent.
