Main usages  The set of equipment can be widely used for the storage of materials, such as soybeans, corns, wheat, grains, cements, building materials, and sewage treatment etc.
1. Forming machine   it can bend material and preliminary process the forming planes, meanwhile it can bend the materials to a circle with a demanded silo diameter.
2. Bending machine  it can bend the fitted forming materials to occlude together by a seam, and rotate them to be a silo.
3. Bearing support   bearing frame and support stand column which enable the uplifted silo to attach upon on the basis of allowing a proper diameter of the silo; the bearing support can bear a silo body which ascends rotationally.
4. Decoiling machine  it is rotatable; and the materials to be processed are placed on it.

SM40 screw bending machine is suitable for the materials with absolute bending performance, with the following thickness range
A. Zinc plating metal plate 2-4 mm
B. Stainless steel plate trailer  2-3 mm
C. Plastic coating metal plate 2-4 mm
D. Black steel plate:  2-4 mm
Width of the metal plate 495 mm
Usable width  about 350 mm to 370 mm for the strip materials with a width at 495 mm
Diameter range of the silo d4.5M to d150M
Forming and bending velocity  about 3-5 m per minute, wherein the bending velocity depends on the thickness of the metal plate, height and weight of the silo, and the thickness of the metal plate. The height and weight of the silo, and the quality and performance (whether the surface is soaked with oil or not) of the metal plate also play a certain role.
Driving power: the power range of the circuit without assist transmission device is 9x3 KW, namely 27 KW, and that of the assist transmission device is 4x0.25 KW, namely 1 KW. So the sum is 28 KW.
