Umeki Precision Industry (Zhu Hai) CO., LTD. was founded in 2003 , the company has several sets high-precision, high-quality and high-efficient production and detection equipments, accept many technical talents and obtains the assistance from the head office in Japan both in Japanese and machining technical training and support. Furthermore,we always arrange top staff to go to Japan to study new technoligy. The Company also adopt strict quality management--ISO9001(SGS) international standard and [3Q6S] system of Japan in order to guarantee our customer's request about quality, delivery time ,cost and so on.
Company have over 40 machining equipments ,including CNC machining center and other equipments. We now can produce 60 sets all kinds of automatic equipments, 15 sets moulds and thousands of precision spare parts monthly. we also have imported 5 axis machining center in order to machining complex structure ,curved surface and so on. All of products we had machined have high-precision and strict craftwork., the best machining precision can reach 0.002mm.
