(1)                  Common model (S49 10F) sieve is made of stainless steel. It can be used to sift out corrosive material or special material between 2 holes/inch and 325 holes/inch.

. Installation:

1.     Fixing the vibrating screen, check the motors set bolt, fastening or no continuous operation 70(h), you must make triple fastening.

2.     After the vibrating screen is fixed, you must adjust the vibrating screen, to let its centre line be perpendicular to water level.

3.      After the vibrating screen is fixed, you must check all the connecting bolts. You must focus your check on the connecting bolts of the eccentric balance weight in the vibrating motor. Is it loose? Whether or not the clamping ring stop drop in axle through.

4.     Whether or not the eccentric balance weight is in agreement, you must check.

5.  If a customer disposes a electrical console optionally, it must check the terminal, it is loose or not. AT the same time, the customers must make an earth protective device.

. Try to run:

1. To try operating time no less than 8 hours, you must check the vibrating screen with seeing and listening and touch or instruments.

2. Before to join up a wire, you must measure the resistance of the motor coil to the earth with a megger, and the resistance must accord with prescribed limit. After to join up a wire, you may test operating starting is not stable, you must adjust it.

3. The screen continuous operation 4(h), you must check the motors temperature. Its temperature cannot overtop 65.

4. The reted current and starting current of the vibration motor are accord with prescribed limit.

5. When the screen is running, it cannot grow extraordinary noise and loose phenomenon.

6. Trying operating is normally, through acceptance inspection, the screen can be used to work.

. Operating and keeping

1. First, the operator must understand the screen, its performance, its structure and its operation instructions.

2. Before working, the operation must understand the transcript on duty, and listen to introduction of the operator on duty, to understand the operating circumstance of the machine. Discover problems and solve them.

3. The machine is running, you must pour lube oil into the vibration motor once a half month.

4. The machine run one year, you must check overall to the vibration motor, to pour lube oil into it, clean it and replace bearings. You must check overall to the screen, service equipment in time, and guarantee that the machine is running.
