- Every process in the factory beginning at the input stage undergoes rigid quality control checks through evaluation of the raw materials is done to ascertain its suitability for the interded end-use applications.

- Quality checks at the shop are carried out through both Destructive and Non-Destructive Tests for tubes, Scaffolding integrity such as Flatting Load Test, Cone Crushing Test, Breaking Test Non-Destructive Tests with Magnetic Crack Detectors, X-Ray Tests and Die Penetration Inspections are carried out as per specification of Customers.

- All safety requirements are adhered to and critical parts undergo 100% non-destructive testing before packing and shipment.

- Other Mechanical & metallurgical Testing for Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Impact, Hardness and Micro Structure are conducted as part of the process sequence in line with the customers specifications and drawings. Visual and Dimensional, Tests are conducted for surface finish and other material defects.

- After Certification the product are dispatched wherever required, Works Test Certificate is furnished for every dispatch.

- Further inspection by Third Party Agencies Such as Lloyds, Rites, Bureau Varitas, SGS or Customers Own Designated Representative, is provided for, if required by customer.
