BHB series operating principle
The gas is taken in through the inlet 1, as it enters the side channel 2, the rotating impeller 3 imparts velocity to the gas in the direction of rotation. Centrifugal force in the impeller blades accelerates the gas outward and the pressure increase.Everyrotation adds kinetic energy, resulting in the further increase.Everyrotation adds kinetic energy, resulting in the further increase of the pressure along the side channel. The side channel narrow at the rotor, sweeping the gas off the impeller blades and discharging it through the outlet silencer 4 where it exits where it exits the side channel blower.
Packing:
[For small power]: Use standard export carton box.
[For big power]: Use Pressure Wood Carton Box.

Elastomeric components, plastic components, metal components are routinely checked for dimensional tolerances and working properties. Those meeting quality requirements are accepted |
B. | PRODUCTION: Well laid procedures are adopted during various productions levels to monitor its proper manufacturing to meet demanding accuracy. Production force is trained to use various gauging and measuring instruments to ensure production of trouble free components. |
C. | ASSEMBLY: Again well defined assembly procedures with properly trained workforce aided by tooling and fixtures ensure quality products. |
