The green san and resin sand moulding  line is using to produce parts for rock crushers, ship parts, pump and valve castings, furnace parts, engineering castings,etc.

The weight ranges from 10kg to  40000kg for steel castings and 10kg to 20000kg for iron castings.

The DISA 230X vertical molding line and Tokyu AMFV-III07R horizontal molding line is producing automotive castings, pump and valve bodies, compressor castings, etc.The cast weight range is from 1kg to 40kg.  

We have three heat treatment furnaces of 3.5mx1.5mx1.0m, 5.0x2.6x1.8m, 8Mx5Mx4M with the respectively annual capacity of 15T, 30T, 100T.

We have the complete range of inspection instruments such as spectrometers, X-ray tester, Magnetic Particle Test, Penetrant Test, Ultrasonic Test, CMM, etc.
