Expert opinions are also taken into account in our manufacturing processes. We have different Line Managers for every Assembly line from Selection of Polyamide, Rubber Compounding, Rubber Sheets, Micro heating, Plaster Covering and then Quality Testing. Our processes are conducted as per ISO norms.

Our Process
In order to increase the product quality, Dharam Trans Belts updates its products in line with the various developments in the scientific field. We have a special R&D center which designs and develops new products to cater to the specified requirements of our valued clients. Complete after sale service and support is provided to our clients including technical support and we also customize our products on request. We have come up with the micro calculation to capture Tensile Force at 1% Elongation which gives us extremely well defined ways to manufacture the belt as per exact required thickness. We have delivered such belts in countires like South Africa, Chile, Morocco, Kenya, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Australia which has 0.0001% correction factor. This has been appreciated by all till date.
