Our manufacturing facilities are capable of producing a wide variety of hot and cold forged items. Our forging plants form custom made products by pressing metals at their ideal ambient temperatures to eliminate imperfections in the raw materials. Typical forgings undergo rigorous treatment and finishing processes to assure precision, accuracy, and quality. Extensive heat treatment is applied in annealing furnaces to assure structural strength. This type of production process is used to produce pinion shafts, pinion gears, clutch sleeves, and similar products to be mated to starter motors. Our production lines can also be configured to produce nearly any hot or cold forged part as part of our custom manufacturing process.
