Brief introduction of China Transmission Heavy Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.

    China Transmission Heavy Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. is the joint venture established by Shandong Energy Machinery Group Co., Ltd and China Transmission Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. It is located in Shan dong Energy Machinery Group Indusrtial Park, covered almost 20,000 m2 , with many German high-precision gear machining and testing machines for the testing and maintaining of the transmission parts(mainly for the reducers).The products are widely used in the mining machines such as shearer machine, roadheader, scraper conveyor, belt conveyor and hoisters etc, all with international advanced level and high additional value for the advanced management, perfect service, the quality is even as good as the imported products. The establishment of China Transmission Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd is to display both joint owners’ respective advantages, practice power-power association, and jointly develop the mining machine market. Both owners strive to develop to be the world top-level transmission parts manufacturer, and will integrate with the world market in products, technology and management etc. 

Product introduction 

Conveyor gearbox, core transmission device, transmits the power of motor to chains of scraper conveyor. JSMS series gearbox generally use onestage transmission of helical, parallel and planetary gear. Output flange is connected with base and export axlex apply spline, to reduce installation space and adapt operation in mine. End pump selfcirculation of luricant system and water cooling system helps to improve the reliability with power range 100~1500KW.

The characteristics of the gearbox:

1. Compact structure: using three-stage transmission of helical, bevel and planetary gear.

2. two-way operation, allows the maximum tilt angle of 30°in working face, and the maximum walking angle of 20°.Lubrication with oil pump when power is large, to ensure the safety lubrication in a very inclined location.

3. JS series also have high efficient cooling system, so it can satisfy the dickey cooling and ventilation working conditions under mine.

4. The profiles of gears are properly modified, optimum longitudinal load distribution, lower noise and vibration levels.

5. Gearbox’s internal structure has optimization designed so it has higher operational reliability combined with increased power capacity.

JS Series Standard

1. The gear accuracy is according to GB10095-88“Cylindrical gears-ISO system of accuracy”.

2. The calculation of load capacity of spur and helical gears is by ISO6336-1996 “Calculation of load capacity of spur and helical gears”.

3.  The strength and quality control of materials is according to ISO6336-5:1996 “calculation of load capacity of spur and helical gears-part 5: strength and quality of materials”.

4. The units fit with ANSI/AGMA6010-E88”standard for spur, helical, herringbone and bevel enclosed drives” too.
