2) Type-A Pressure containers, Type-B flat welded flange and long-necked butt-welded flange are produced According to the JB1158-1160 standards. Specifications of flanges:Dg300~1000, Pg0.25~6.4MPa.

3)For property of materials, heat treatment, dynamic testing, ultrasonic wave flaw detection and coloring flaw detection are carried out according to the requirements of the JB755"Technical Container Castings".The measurement tolerance follow GB9 125-detection for tube flanges and JB1157-82 for pressure container flanges.

4)Forms of flanges include entity flange,butt welded flange necked flat welded flange, necked socket welded flange, butt welded loose ring necked flange, plate type flat welded flange, but welded loose ring plate type flange, flat welded loose ring plate type flange, plate type turnup loose ringed flange and flange cover.
