this type of sintered diamond saw blade is more suitable to cut thick stones & building materials with the faster cutting speed.
Sintered diamond saw blade adopt vacuum sintered technology, which can greatly improve the stability and stronger adhesion of the diamonds to the blade body. The result is improved efficiency, cutting life and operator safety.
When wet cutting asphalt and abrasive slurry results which makes an undercut weakening the cut and the steel body of the blade.
The blade edge are designed to remove the slurry from the cutting zone.
Application: Cutting various building materials,ceramic, roof tiles, granite, concrete, marble, bricks, stones, etc.
