They are then accurately ground. Tooth Flank are ground on Worm Profile Grinder

Also offered in other metals with or without hardening like in Mild Steel, EN8, EN 19, EN 24, Cast Iron or as specified

standard and custom made as per Specifications, Drawing or Sample

Worm shafts like for Worm Gear Boxes (most of the makes) of C.D. 50, 60, 75, 85, 100 mm, Ratio 30:1 or 40:1 are usually available Ex-Stock (Subject to conformation).
