It is made up of hoister, small material silo, mixer, finished product silo, packing machine, dust remover, electrical control cabinet and gas balance system. A large proportion of raw materials such as cement could get into pre-mixing silo through hoister by artificial measurement , while a small proportion of raw materials such as cellulose, glue powder could be put into the admixture hopper by electronic measuring scales. It is more advanced than the simple type, because the valve bag packing machine or open bag packing machine will weigh and pack products automatically after mixing. It can use the belt conveyor to reach the finished products. It bears some features such as moderate investment, short construction period, and apparent effectiveness.
