Product features of DZL chain grate coal-fired boiler:
1. The horizontal drum of the three-stage central boiler is laid out in longitudinal arrangement. Boter sides furnace are covered densely with bare tubes and water-wall tubes.
2. Inside the rum are two-stage thread flue gas tubes, and the flue gas flows through the three stages. It's characterized by larger heating surface, better heat transfer, greater power output, and low exhaust smoke temperature.
3. Boiler coves are used both at front and at rear, hoisting the burning efficiency to a further extent. By adjusting the boiler covers, the boiler can be adapted to more coal varieties.
4. This quick-assembly boiler requires shorter period of erection and low installation costs. Since the boiler room is arranged on the single floor, it cuts down the costs for foundation construction.
5. Multi-interlocking protection on pressures, temperature, and water-level keeps the boiler to run safely and reliably.
6. The furnace wall is available in light type and heavy type for customer's option.
