How to manufacture
Treat form rolling (not cutting off) to reinforce the end of the reinforcing bar by pressing with roller in the ambient temperature for the purpose of increasing the strength of the joint area in the connection of the reinforcing bar.

Features
Adopting roller pressing method identical to that of the reinforcing bar, form the rolling screw after rolling the knot and rib of the reinforcing bar as much as the length of the screw. It has excellent clamping power as is has no incomplete screw portion.

Background and necessity of Development
It was developed to reduce the cost for machine facilities and labor and to simplify the production process. it also enables to reduce the construction cost and to ensure the excellent construction quality at the same time by applying the connection of the mechanical reinforcing bar to actual construction.
