These pegs are threaded and assemble without tools. Thread the peg onto the end of the wheel axle. Make sure that your wheel’s axle is of suitable length and strength before using these axle pegs. The axle should be made from high tensile steel or cromoly.

You must engage a minimum of 1/2″or 12.7mm of thread into the pegs. If your axle is too short there will not be sufficient space to attach the pegs correctly, which could result in damage to your bike and possible injury.

If in doubt please check with your bicycle dealer/repairman who can supply and fit longer axles if required.
