What MODU can offer?

MODU currently produces 5 models for industrial application namely

MODU MS (chain width: 63mm), MM (83mm), ML (140mm),

and SC(115mm) for Japanese Sushi restaurant.

Modu Conveyor Chains are made of acetel resin which has an excellent combination of strength, wear, chemical resistance, impact strength and temperature range.

MODU MS Chain Features

1. Larger surface area

The chain width has been increase 0.5mm hence giving an extra 3% surface area than The extra contact area will make the product more stable to ride and side transfer to another conveyor could be easily done.

2. Higher tensile strength

Additional tensile strengths indicate the chain could transport heavier loads. However, the conveyor must not exceed the maximum conveyor length, 30m.

3. Reduced sharp edges below chain

Chain can travel smoother than before and increase the life time of conveyor slide rail. The numbers of chainfingers also reduce to eliminate the possibility of product traps between the chain link.The new chain is still using the same conveyor components. Existing MS conveyor system can be replace with the new MSCP 5. The MODU MS conveyor system designed to be compatible with Flexlink XL conveyor system
