Since established, through our continuous effors and absorption,then by introducing the design,manufacturing technology of mill reduer for cement kiln of French Citroen (CITOEN), Denmark Smith (FLSMIDTH) and the design, manufacturing technology of planetary gear reducer of the German Lenk (RENK). the Heavy gear box limited liability company has advanced hardened gear design, development, manufacturing technology, and established design, manufacture,examination, test, service standards as the main of the international advanced standards , the company has successively developed the D-center-driven , double-shunt reducer series for cement mill main drive (Transfer power 630-1250KW); TSX-type center gear driving and double shunt series( introduced from the Danish Smith company's technology , Transfer power 2000 - 2800KW); ZJ type, ZJA planetary gear reducer series (Transfer power 630-2800KW); MGF-based center-driven ,double shunt and ull-Hardened gear reducer series (transfer power,800KW-4500KW) ; MB-type multi-point and meshing edge of the drive gear series (transfer power 2000-4500KW). Among which, ZJ series of products won the second prize of the Ministry , ZJ2240 planetary reducer was awarded provincial first prize, and ZJA1820 reducer won provincial second prize.
