Innovation company "GEO INSTITUTAS" is started heavy duty geological hydraulic heads (swivels) production for water well drilling rigs. All components are manufactured using accumulated knowledge of steel chemical composition, heat treatment and wide variety of mechanical properties.

The component strenght and fatigue resistance is carefully evaluated, using sophisticated software.

Parameters of drilling head are the following:

1. Number of hydraulic motors - 2

2. Speed of the US made hydraulic motors - 350 RPM

3. Max torque - 4000 Nm

4. Max speed of the hydraulic head - 111 RPM

5. Power transmission continuous - 39 kW
