WASHERS & SEALS : Thrust & slinger washers to keep oil exiting shafts-Well, water-pump seals, wear surfaces & vibration control washers, friction control washers, Insulating mounting washers, for their Excellent properties of low moisture absorption, flat, smooth surface, heat resistance and good coefficient of thermal expansion. Automatic transmission thrust and spacer washers are examples of their friction control and bond strength.

BUSHING & BEARING : For their excellent wear properties, low moisture absorption, low lubrication requirement and their ability to absorb dirt and sand particles, emmunity  to weather change which protects the shaft from scouring or excessive wear, plus their properties of compressive strength

FIBRE GEARS : In heavy industries, steel mills, foundries, ship building, road building equipments, etc are used mainly for their structural properties. Gears for gearboxes and high speed fine teeth   laminate gears run more quietly than steel On steel, have low wear and do not require as much lubrication, and most importantly, will break protecting s more expensive parts when the system is JAMMED..

AUTOMOTIVE  : A key characteristic of fiber laminate is the ability to withstand high temperature, along with mechanical load with minimal deformation or creep, unlike other molded plastics (NYLON) Fiber maintains  structural integrity and dimensional stability under severe conditions. Tractor and Gear Coupling, Chain Pads, Timing gears for same property

AIR PUMP/ VACCUM COMPRESSOR   :   easily machinsblity offer a quality finish along with high dimentional stability Fibre  Rotter Blades which are lighter than metal and do not damage rottar it self in case of blocked oil has a big advantage,. Theas functional Laminate parts have proved so versatile that they have replaced conventional materials in many applications.

ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTS:      Paper Bakelite material is strong, rigid and very economical, It surves as a good electrical insulator and offer execellent punching properties. Electtrical cabinate, cable tray, bush holders to provide support for conductor path, thermal boards & stand off washers for electrical & thermal insulation are few examples.
