Our focus lies in special threads and larger spindles including the corresponding set of nuts for lifting heavy weights (trains, trucks, theater stages etc.). We have more than 25 years of experience in the industry and can manufacture according to all international standards. based on your technical drawing or sample of the threaded part we can provide you with our commercial quotation.

Standard threads

External screw thread diameters range between 10 mm and 180 mm. Work piece lengths up to 6 metres are processed by default. We are also able to manufacture longer external screw threads on demand, based on the availability of the feed material, or diameters exceeding 180 mm.

Threaded nuts

Our threaded spindles come with corresponding whirled, cut or milled screw nuts according to your mechanical drawing or sample. Our product range includes: Round nuts, Flange nuts, Square nuts, Multi-sides nuts and special nuts milled according to your specified dimensions.

Special screw threads

Requirements which exceed standard dimensions regarding depth of thread, form, pitch, or thread angle are processed on demand. based on our in-house production of tools, we can produce any special design according to your mechanical drawing or sample.

Trapezoidal threads

We manufacture single- and multi-start metric trapezoidal threads according to German standards DIN 103 and DIN 380 for flat, metric trapezoidal threads and DIN 30295. We can manufacture trapezoidal threads according to any international standard like ACME and STUB ACME.

Screw conveyors

We manufacture single-start and multi-start conveying screws as well as twin screw extruders with diameter 10 mm to diameter 120 mm according to your technical drawing. We have the ability to produce any special design according to your drawing or sample.

Worm gears

Our product range of threaded spindles includes single-start and multi-start metric worm gears as well as worm gears in diametral pitch (inch). We produce worm gear profiles from module 1 to module 10. Larger worm gears can be manufactured on demand.

Sharp threads

We manufacture single-start and multi-start ISO-metric sharp threads or v-threads according to German standard DIN 13 as well as to international UNC, UNF and Whitworth standard. We can produce any special screw thread according to your mechanical drawing or sample.

Buttress threads

We manufacture single-start and multi-start ISO-metric buttress threads according to German standards DIN 513, DIN 20401, DIN 2781 and DIN 6063. based on our in-house production of tools, we can produce any special design according to your mechanical drawing or sample.

Knuckle threads

We manufacture single-start and multi-start ISO-metric and imperial knuckle threads according to the German standards DIN 405, DIN 15403 and DIN 20400. based on our in-house production of tools, we can produce any special design according to your mechanical drawing or sample.

Coarse threads

We manufacture single-start and multi-start coarse or steep threads according to your mechanical drawing. Since we can manufacture our tools by our own in-house production, we have the ability to produce any special design according to your mechanical drawing or sample.

Square threads

Our product range of threaded spindles includes single-start and multi-start square threads according to your mechanical drawing. based on our in-house production of tools, we can produce any special design according to your mechanical drawing or sample.

Reverse threads

We manufacture reverse threads or so called diamond threads according to your mechanical drawing. based on our in-house production of tools, we can produce any special design according to your mechanical drawing or sample.

Idler and roller technology

Wherever large amounts of goods have to be moved, our heavy duty idlers and rollers are used. Standard diameter: Ø 108 mm up to Ø 133 mm. Outer diameter: Ø 89 mm up to Ø 159 mm. Lengths from 2.0 to 3.5 m standard, shorter or longer lengths are available if requested. Our conveying elements are designed for maximum quality and longevity, since we only process carefully selected materials for our idlers and rollers.

Mechanical processing

Benefit from our experience in the realization of individual customer requirements in mechanical processing. We manufacture mechanical precision parts like turning parts and milling parts as well as custom made products of highest quality and accuracy.
