1.Material grade :60Si2Mn,50CrV4,C75Cr1.

2.Thickness from 0.20mm to 2.2mm(tolerance +/-0.01mm)

3.Width from 8mm-180mm(tolerance +/-0.1mm)

4.Good flatness and uniform hardness

5.Surface treatment:blue polished,grey,yellow,white and black are available.

6.Hardness:below 20HRC for annealed process,21-28HRC for cold rolled process,29-55HRC for hardened&tempered process.

7.Edge:both round edge,slit edge,mill edge ,square.

8.Application for spring washer,automatic cluth patch,bicycle chains.
