Our company has the ability to forge, quench and temper, process, surfuce quench and carbonize high precision soft/ hard-surfaced gear or gear shaft. The main specification is within ¢3500mm, Mn≤40mm. Our company can produce 4000 tons of gears and gears shafs annually, and can produce different products according to our custumers’ requirements.

- The grade of materials: 45, 20Cr, 40Cr , 35Cr Mo , 42Cr Mo, 20CrMnMo, 20CrMnTi, 17CrNiMo6, 20CrNi2Mo
- Standard of pruduction: ISO1328-1995
- Smelting method: electric arc furnace + refining furnace
- Precision accuracy: according to GB/T10095-88 standard, within five degrade
- Hardness: 56-60 HRC is the hardest; 40-55 HRC is the average hardness; below 28 HRC is the soft

Tensile test is done according to GB/T288-2002 standard
Hardness test is done according to GB/T231 standard
- Standard of ultrasonic flaw detection
All forging pieces must go through the GB/T6402-1999 standard ultrasonic flaw detection, grade two. If the forging pieces are within 1000 kgs, they can reach the GB/T6402-1999 standard, grade one.
- Manetic particle testing
Every product must be tested after the surface quenching and machining.
Method: magnetic particle testing
Satisfying products: no crack, scab, white dot or fold. Repair welding is not allowed.
