Integral Winch Spooling Gear is an important part of winch spooling device to ensure wire rope correct evenly spooling onto the winch drum.
There is not a standard range of this shaft type. They are designed and manufactured to meet the customer's individual specification.
The material is ASTM 4140 and HB 240-270 or stainless steel or according to the customer's individual specification.

We know winch spooling device operation rule and design key. If the customer provides the distance between two flanges of winch drum and the diameter of rope and the diameter of spooling shaft to us, we can design the pawl travel distance, pitch, turns, under-cut, drive ratio of chain transmission for the customers.
Besides the selectable pitches in the list we can also process many more special pitches to meet the design requirements.
