Outer raceway is spherical, with capacity of self-aligning, so auto adjust axle disalignment caused by deflexion or non-concentricity of outer shell and shaft.
Tapered bore shaft could be fixed on the shaft by fastener conveniently.

Usage: Wood machine, transmission shaft of textile machine, vertical plummer block self-aligning bearing.

Structure: Self-aligning ball bearings is double-row ball bearings with the outer ring in spherical shape and inner ring with double raceway. So the bearings possess the capacity of self-aligning.

According to the structure, the self-aligning ball bearings can be divided to be cylindrical bore and conical bore (taper is 1: 12). Bearings with conical bore can be fixed one cylindrical shaft with locking nut, which also can be fixed on conical shaft with adapter sleeve.
