1. Processing and molding design

 Establish a molding design and a working standard followed by specifications which customer requests. (CAD simulation, 2D&3D design)

2. Molding manufacture

 Manufacture precision molding with discharge machine and NC milling.

3. Cutting

 Cut materials automatically in a proper size.

4. Heating

 Heat in a standard temperature according to materials kinds.

5. Forging & Trimming

 Remove trimming BURR after forging molding setting.

6. After-treatment

Surface treatment as short

7. Cutting processing

Precision processing by CNC and MCT

8. Quality inspection

 Quality inspection which customers request (Measure, mechanical character and illumination level) and measurement on each kind of items.
