How to Use
Press one time switch, it will shows remaining power for 3's, and press twice switch, the product can play as electric torch; Press two times continually, flashlight will turns off.

Charge the charger (charging):
Using the attached USB cable is well enough to charge this charger. One end of charging cable connects with the "IN" port, the other end connects with computer's USB port or DC5V charging port.
It means it is charging when the LED is blinking.

Charge your device (discharging):
Using the attached USB cable can charge the mobile phones and digital products. One end of charging cable connects with the "OUT" port; The other end connects with charging tipto plug in mobile or other digital device charging port.
Press the switch to turn on, it begins to discharge.
When finish recharging or no any output demand, auto power-off after 30 seconds.

Notes
Please strictly follow operation steps above to charge and recharge
Press the activate button to activate product while recharging

Better fully charge/discharge battery up to 4 cycles before achieving full capacity of a new battery

Discharge temperature do not exceed 160° F
Charging battery without an attention may cause battery explosion

Maintenance
To make your mobile power play to its optimal function, please follow below advice:
When lower than 30% blue indicator lights on, it shows this charger need to be charged
When not in use for a long time, at least every three months to charge the product

Far from high pressure equipment

Far away from children;
Keep products stored in dry place, away from moisture and corrosive materials
Never wash the portable charger with any irritating chemicals, soaps or detergents

Do not open, modify, extrude, and strike this product;
Do not expose to water or too much wet environment;
Do not expose battery pack to direct sunlight (heat) for extended periods

Do not use high concentrations chemical cleaning, soap to scour or scrub product
Do not discharge battery to a level below 3V per cell under load. Deep discharge below 3V per cell can deteriorate battery performance.
Batteries that lose 20% of their capacity must be removed from service and disposed of properly
